Description
Sulla (Hedysarum Coronarium) is a fodder plant growing in several Italian regions excluding the most northern ones. Its beautiful red flowers allow bees to produce an honey with a very light yellow colour that easily crystallize into a white/beige fine pasty mass. Thanks probably to the delicate taste, with a slight hay note, sometimes fruity, it is widely appreciated, used in a multitude of ways, but often the preferred choice in confectionery.
